ApeAction.xyz provides a platform where users can upload videos to earn $ACTION, a utility token. Videos uploaded by users may be used for marketing purposes, including being reuploaded, edited, or modified on our social media or other promotional channels to grow the ecosystem through user-generated content (UGC).
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of these Terms.
Wallet Address: A valid Solana wallet address is required to receive $ACTION tokens. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet.
Email for Communication: If using Google Forms to submit videos, an email address is required for communications regarding your submissions.
All videos uploaded to ApeAction.xyz become our property. We reserve the right to use, modify, distribute, and display all content submitted by users for any purpose, without any obligation to you.
You agree not to use the Platform in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Platform.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or engage in any activity that disrupts or compromises the security or functionality of the Platform.
$ACTION tokens are utility tokens for use within the ApeAction ecosystem and do not represent any investment or security. We do not recommend investing in $ACTION tokens.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from:
The use or the inability to use the Platform;
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
Statements or conduct of any third party on the Platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ApeAction.xyz, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Platform, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Platform for any or no reason, including without limitation, any violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
